Your diet
Choose how you like to eat.
From vegetarian and vegan to keto, low-carb or an everything-goes approach, supperz uses your selected diet to find more relevant recipe options.
Dietary preferences
Tell supperz what you eat, what you avoid, and how many people you’re cooking for. It uses your preferences to narrow recipe options and shape generated meal plans, so finding meals that work for you takes less effort.
Set it once, change it anytime
Choose your eating preferences during setup. supperz remembers them for future recipe browsing and meal planning, and you can update them anytime from Settings.
Your diet
From vegetarian and vegan to keto, low-carb or an everything-goes approach, supperz uses your selected diet to find more relevant recipe options.
Food restrictions
Choose from supported restrictions, including gluten, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, soy and seafood. Selected restrictions help narrow recipe results and generated plans.
Ingredient dislikes
Search the ingredient list and select your dislikes. supperz uses those selections and known ingredient aliases to filter matching recipes from its planning suggestions.
Built into discovery
supperz uses your saved diet, restrictions and ingredient dislikes to choose eligible recipe versions in its meal-plan browser and generated recommendations. You spend less time sorting through meals that do not fit.
Diet selections guide which recipe versions appear when you are choosing meals for the week.
Selected food restrictions are applied when supperz builds eligible recipe options for your plan.
supperz filters known matches to disliked ingredient names and aliases in its recipe catalogue.
Those preferences also shape the pool of meals used to create suggested plans, which you can still edit before finishing.
Your preferences, your choices
Your profile provides a useful starting point, not a permanent menu. supperz lets you search for something specific, revisit favourites and make your own decisions about what goes into the week.
Search freely
Search recipes by name or ingredient even when those results fall outside your saved preferences. You can still review the recipe and decide whether to add it.
Keep your favourites
Your favourites remain available even if your eating preferences change. Keep a familiar recipe in reach, or browse new ideas when you feel like something different.
Important for food allergies: Dietary filters rely on available recipe and ingredient data. They do not verify allergen safety or cross-contact. Always review the recipe ingredients and product labels before cooking.
Fit your kitchen
Your eating preferences include the practical details. Set the number of servings you usually cook and choose familiar measurement units, then adjust individual recipes when needed.
Less sorting through recipes
With your preferences in place, supperz helps you get to relevant recipes and a workable meal plan faster. Your chosen meals then flow into an automatic grocery list with quantities based on the servings you selected.
