Delete your entire account in the app or by email. You can also request deletion of selected personal data without closing your account.

Request account deletion

Request deletion of specific user data

You can ask us to delete some of the information associated with your supperz account without deleting the account itself.

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject supperz data deletion request.
  2. Include the email address used for your supperz account and describe which information you would like deleted. Examples include particular cloud-synced meal plans, grocery lists, custom recipes, recipe photos, preferences, or feedback.
  3. Tell us that you want to keep your supperz account active. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you before processing the request.

You do not need to close your account to make this request. Some account information, such as the email address and user ID needed to keep your account working, cannot be removed while the account remains active. We will explain if requested data cannot be deleted separately or must be retained for legal, security, or other necessary purposes.

If deleted cloud data still exists on one of your devices, supperz may sync it again. You may need to remove the local copy or pause syncing to prevent re-uploading it. Backups and limited operational records may be retained temporarily as outlined below.

Do not send passwords or authentication codes.

Your information

What gets deleted?

When in-app account deletion completes, it removes your supperz sign-in account and the private cloud data associated with it, including the cloud library, previous cloud versions, synced meal plans and grocery lists, custom recipes, uploaded recipe photos, and account-linked recipe feedback.

What may remain?

  • Data on your device: Recipes, meal plans, and other information stored locally are not automatically erased when you delete the account. Clear the app's data or uninstall the app if you want to remove local copies.
  • Files you exported: Backups or files saved outside supperz remain wherever you stored them.
  • Temporary imports: A separately submitted, pending recipe import may remain for up to seven days before automatic expiry. Contact us to request earlier deletion.
  • Limited service records: Security logs, backup copies, billing records, or information required for legitimate operational or legal reasons may be retained for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy. Where no fixed period applies, retention depends on the purpose and applicable requirements.

Subscriptions: Deleting your supperz account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through Apple or Google Play. Cancel it separately in the store where you subscribed to avoid future renewals.
